Spend the day sailing in style aboard your boutique hotel at sea.
.. and here we relax for the two days it takes to get back to Fort Lauderdale.
10 December
At 0900 we're making 16 knots on course 306*T at about 21.11N and 68.14W. SS3 causing a bit of pitching and rolling.
We've put a picture of the singers and dancers here (R) since a picture of the ocean won't be much appreciated.
Things are on sale in the stores, most of which we don't need. But we have dollars on credit that cannot be taken off the ship, so we'll have to buy something. We can't get into the fancier dining places - all seats are spoke for - so we'll have to buy things. D bought a medium-weight hoodie to wear around the condo when it''s cool.
Also, we played the win-a-cruise bingo again. O had only one square remaining when the winner claimed it. Rats.
We picked up players Ed(na), Marilyn & Art for Trivia. Came within one of Broadway, poorly in General.
Looked at the Discoveries menu and decided to go there tonight. Good food, good service.
Up to the trumpet show by Andree Cordova, joined in process. Well done. Then a quick Bingo (lost), followed by the Cruise Director's show. Eric de Gray has a great voice and moves well. He did a number of Broadway tunes. Then he and the entertainers got into an ABBA tribute (Where's the Sunshine, etc.) in crazy costumes, culminating in Eric flying around the stage on roller skates (R) wearing a goofy skirt costume. He grew up in Canada and did professional figure skating, so he retained his skill. Had picture taken with him.
Up to Living Room for nightcap. Place full of rocking people with noise 6db above pain. To bed.

11 December Last day of cruise. At 0900 we're east of Eleuthera in 24*44'N, 74*31'W, making 16.5 knots on course 301.
D unwell, has taken to bed. O is ok, had breakfast on the Sunset Verandah. Warm now, but forecast to be 10-15* cooler tomorrow as a front passes through. So later today we'll change into long stuff and wear it again tomorrow as we drive north to home.
We took it very easy today after the big night yesterday, eventually getting out for Trivia with Cruiser Bill & wife, Marilyn, and us. Did well on Pub Quiz and got 1 of 20 on Queen. We traded in out accumulated points for a lanyard, a pen, and a USB stick.
Back to cabin to pack. Didn't take too long.
Dined in Discoveries, good again with great service.
Finally, up to the show called Wanderlust by the entertainers. Very good, well put together. Otherwise blatant encouragement to take another cruise.

Back to cabin again, put the carry-ons in the passageway to be hauled ashore, undressed and relaxed. Tomorrow will be a longish day.
12 December Tuesday
Arose at 0700, up to Windows for a light breakfast, back to the cabin. Finished packing, left $ for Juan, moved to the lounge to wait for the ship to be "cleared".
When it was cleared we disembarked and wandered through the terminal to our luggage. Took it to immigration, got blessed, and walked to the car park. Threw everything into the mini-van and took off. Filled the tank, then drove the 300 miles to our Publix market. Picked up a few things for tonight & drove to the condo. Unpacked, started laundry and began putting things back in their usual places.
That's all, folks. Thanks for coming along.
