We got word from Fran that lunch would be happening at the Stone Grill part of Quivey's Grove in Fitchburg WI. We loafed, then drove there, picking up a birthday card on the way. It was a confused table. People who weren't coming came. The guest of honor had to leave early (doctor app't). And O had an attack of diarrhea that forced him to get clothing from the car and change in the men's room.

We had Stacy & Bob, Duane & Fran, Cynthia, and us. Good food, very unique surroundings in the old barn with lofts.

Then everyone scattered to do things. We went overland south and east until we joined US-14 on which we continued to the Janesville bypass. CTH "A" took us across the upper part of Walworth County to US-12 and the Fairfield Inn & Suites at Lake Geneva.

We started laundry in the Guest Laundry (very convenient). Fran & Duane (F&D henceforth) asked us to join them at dinner at the local sports bar. We did. Sat outside in the breeze to eat Italian food, talk and sip wine. Not bad at all. Then back to the Inn to rest.
